Ratnaprabha Sable, having worked with a Times of India Group Company, Times Internet Ltd. an online Job Board Timesjobs.com, She has more than 10 years of rich experience of the Corporate World in the Jobs and Recruitment industry. Her love for travel has taken her to different countries around the globe such as USA, UK, Ireland, Thailand, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary and Greece. Meeting Diverse nationals in these countries, who believed in different ideologies, and yet lived harmoniously, without any fear of being judged by their peers, has inspired her to help create Diverse and Inclusive Workplaces.

Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil is an Indian prince who is the son and heir of the Maharana of Rajpipla in Gujarat. He is the first openly gay Prince in the world. He runs a charity, The Lakshya Trust, which works with the LGBT community. It is a community based organization that has been the centre of excellence in the field of Sexual Health Programme for the GBT community since its inception in 2000.
The organization works on various issues addressing and advocating the social, economic, legal, psychological, spiritual and health aspects of sexual minorities (Gay, Bisexual and Transgender population) in the western Indian state of Gujarat.
